Subscription Services Terms

This TikTok Subscription Services Terms (“Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that govern your subscription to exclusive Creator features and services offered by TikTok (“Feature”) and serve as an agreement between you (the “subscriber” or “you”) and TikTok Inc. (“TikTok”, “we” or “us”):

Please read the terms in this Agreement carefully before you purchase this Feature. By
purchasing this Feature, you are agreeing to the terms herein.

Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Agreement shall have the meaning set out in
our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. Any personal data processed in connection with your use of this Feature will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (the foregoing terms and policies are referred to collectively in this Agreement as the "TikTok Terms and Policies").

1. Description of the Feature

• TikTok offers users of its platform monthly subscriptions to specific Creators that

enable access to certain virtual goods and/or features that provide TikTok’s
users exclusive and customized options to interact with Creators who host
subscriptions on the TikTok platform (“Subscriptions”). As detailed further
below, virtual goods and services offered through Subscription may include, at TikTok’s sole discretion, cutomized badges, emotes, and content and an exclusive subscriber-only chat, and other subscriber-only ways to interact in the host's LIVEs or demonstrate that they are a fan of a particular Creator (“Subscription Features”).

• Each subscription provides access to Subscription Features for only one

participating Creator’s content and LIVEs. Users may purchase additional subscriptions from TikTok to enable Subscription Features for additional participating Creators. TikTok will only offer its users Subscriptions for eligible Creators who have opted into this Feature.

• TikTok may, at its own discretion, allow Creators to provide limited input on certain

design aspects of Subscription Features. As such, Subscription Features may vary across Creators.

• All Subscriptions and Subscription Features are created, maintained, and sold solely by TikTok for use only on the TikTok platform.
• TikTok has the right to add, remove, activate, and deactivate Subscription Features,

allow and disallow Creator input on Subscription Features, and/or discontinue Subscription
Services, in each case at its sole discretion.

2. Conditions of Subscription

• Your use of this Feature is at all times subject to this Agreement and the TikTok Terms and Policies.
• To subscribe to Subscription Services, users must meet the following conditions (“Eligibility

Requirements”):

• Be a registered user of TikTok; and
• Be 18 years old;
• TikTok reserves the right to add to and/or modify the Eligibility Requirements at its sole discretion.
• We reserve the right to refuse requests to subscribe to Subscription Services and

to restrict your access to Subscription Services at any time in our sole discretion, which may include if a Creator blocks you.

3. Subscription Options

• Two types of subscriptions may be available to users:
• One-time subscription: The subscription period will last for 30 days starting on the date of subscription (“Subscription Period”).
• Monthly auto-subscription: The Subscription Period renews automatically

on the first day of each Subscription Period for the relevant subscription
until you cancel the subscription.

• Subscriber can manage their subscriptions in Privacy and Settings > Subscription Services. Subscribers can review their current and expired subscriptions and cancel monthly auto-subscriptions on the subscription page.

4. Fees and Payment

• The monthly fee for Subscription Services may vary, depending on the country where the

Creator you are subscribed to resides.

• You need to purchase Subscription Services with payment methods provided by the applicable app stores, which may include Android and Apple, or other methods as supported by TikTok. You agree to abide by any relevant Terms of Service and any other legal agreement that govern your payment through app stores.
• If you choose monthly auto-subscription, you agree that we will charge you on the

first day of each Subscription Period via the given payment method.

• If for any reason, a payment cannot be processed using your provided payment

method, we may terminate your subscription.

• Since Subscriptions are made available to you immediately upon payment, you will not

be entitled to a refund for amounts lawfully paid for Subscriptions and you
agree to waive any right to such refund. However, you may cancel an auto-renewing Subscription at any time as outlined below.

• TikTok reserves the right to modify these payment terms, including subscription fees,

at its sole discretion, as permitted by applicable law.

5. Subscription Cancellation

If you select monthly auto-subscription, you may cancel the subscription any time
before the end of the current Subscription Period and the cancellation will take effect on the first day of the next Subscription Period. You will retain access to the benefits from the time you cancel until the start of the next Subscription Period. You will not receive a refund or credit for any remaining days in your current Subscription Period.

6. Refund Policy

We do not accept refund requests for this Feature, regardless of your option of subscription,
as the benefits are provided immediately after subscription.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for any and all applicable national, state, and local sales and use taxes, value added taxes (“VAT”), and any other taxes or fees application to your subscription purchase(s). TikTok reserves the right to collect any such amounts from you at any time, and you agree that TikTok may collect those amounts from you at the time of subscription purchase or any time thereafter.

8. Modifications

We may add to, change, remove, or otherwise amend the terms in this Agreement from
time to time, for instance when we update the functionality of this Feature or when there are regulatory changes that impact this Agreement or the use of this Feature. We encourage you to check this Agreement from time to time.
