1. This ("Policy") is an agreement between you ("you") and TikTok Pte. Ltd. or its affiliates (“TikTok”, “we”, “us” or “our”), which govern your use (including, but not limited to, redemption) of our TikTok Gift Card (the "Card") on our platform (the "TikTok Platform"). The Card can only be used to get TikTok Coins provided by TikTok on the platform (the "Coins"). By purchasing, accepting, or using the Card, you agree to be bound by this Policy on behalf of yourself and/or under your account.
2. To use the Card and the Coins, you must log in to a TikTok account and agree to this Policy, TikTok Platform's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Virtual Item Policy and other policies designated from time to time (collectively, the "TikTok Policies").
3. The Card has no value until purchased. You can use the Card on tiktok.com. Subject to limitations otherwise set by TikTok, the Card purchased in Japan can only be used in Japan.
4. The Card and the Coins are only available to individuals aged 18 or older, excluding accounts ineligible to purchase or use the Coins according to the TikTok Policies (e.g., government, politician, and political party accounts).
5. To use the Card, you may;
(1) Scratch off the silver layer on the back to reveal the 16-digit code.
(2) Go to tiktok.com/coin/redeem.
(3) Enter the code to redeem the Card.
6. You may view your Coins balance on the TikTok app in “Profile” > “≡” > “Settings and Privacy” > “Balance”, or on tiktok.com by tapping your profile photo and selecting “Get Coins”.
7. Redemption is no more than $2,000 per user/day, which may be updated by TikTok from time to time. To prevent fraud, especially special fraud, do not share the code with anyone you don’t know.
8. The value of the Card will expire one (1) year upon purchase.
9. Unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations, the Card and the Coins cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or used as security. Once the Card is used, the redeemed Coins cannot be transferred to another TikTok account. Please ensure you’re eligible to get the Coins on TikTok and confirm the account you log in to before using the Card.
10. The Card cannot be resold; used outside of tiktok.com; redeemed for cash; redeemed for more than face value; used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, promotional or commercial purposes; or used in a manner otherwise prohibited by TikTok Policies.
11. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the Card or leakage of the code on the Card, provided, however, that this shall not apply to any loss, theft, damage, or leakage related to or arising from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
12. We reserve the right to require additional verification of your identity before you are able to redeem the Card to your TikTok account.
13. By using the Card, you agree to comply with TikTok Policies and applicable laws and regulations, and not to use the Card in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to TikTok or other users. We reserve the right, without notice to you, to void the Card without a refund, suspend or terminate your TikTok accounts, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit the Coins redeemed via the Card if we suspect that a Card is obtained, used, or applied to a TikTok account fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of TikTok Policies.

16. Unless otherwise stipulated by applicable laws and regulations, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify this Policy from time to time. You should look at this Policy regularly to check for such changes. We will also update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy, which reflect the effective date.
17. If there is any inconsistency between the Japanese version and any other language versions of this Policy, the Japanese version shall prevail.
